This public site does not accept payments, process orders or reserve engineering work. Paid work begins only after a written scope and commercial agreement have been accepted.

Changes and scheduling
Where paid work is agreed, changes and rescheduling follow written terms. Raising a change early is useful. A separate agreement should state whether a change is included, how it is priced, what it affects and what happens to work still in progress.
Cancellation
Cancellation is handled according to the separate terms for an engagement. The appropriate outcome may depend on agreed scope, completed materials, professional access, work in progress and agreed expenses.
Refunds
Refund decisions relate to specific paid work and written terms, not this public website. Where relevant, the agreement should clarify payment timing, completed work and how a proportionate resolution may be considered.
