Information received
A public enquiry may include a name, email address, selected route and voluntary context. Do not send credentials, customer records, private repositories, access tokens, production exports or other confidential information through the public form.
How information is used
Information is used to understand and respond to an enquiry where appropriate. It is not used to make automated decisions about an individual. The public form is a browser demonstration and does not send a live message.
Retention and sharing
If an operational enquiry channel is used in the future, information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry and related administration. Information is not sold. It may be shared only where necessary to respond, meet a legal obligation or protect rights, safety or security.
Your choices
You may request information about available personal data or ask for correction or deletion where applicable. Use the Contact route and avoid unnecessary sensitive details in an initial message.
